Disp+Work.exe error

Q:When we have started the SAP Instances we are getting the Error 

Message in the "Disp+Work.exe". Error Message : J2EE Status Info Unavailable.

What could be the reason for this Error Message

A) checked to see the developer trace file dev_server0

Also check tcode SMICM.

B) after read the log dev_sdm and dev_server0. please check and compare the parameter with sap note 723909 - Java VM settings for J2EE 6.40-7.0
